About Event Lab
It started with joy.
Event Lab's beginning is organic. With simply the goal of creating joyful and effortless memories for loved ones. And the pivotal point...thee moment that started it, all was a bridal shower.
It was an unsaid agreement that Christiana would be the planner for her sister's bridal shower and Michelle was naturally her creative sounding board. Just like wildflowers are planted and grow together so did our partnership bloom. In case you're wondering...the bridal shower was a success noticed by loved ones and other Event professionals alike.
Then came the most two most important questions: did we have fun doing this and do we want to do it again?
We couldn't have said yes fast enough and from that moment Event Lab was born.

With a background in Graphic Design and the designated 'people person' Christiana combines her people skills and design-eye to make sure your experience is the best possible.
Like many of us women do, Christiana balances several roles outside of Event Lab: wife, mom, go-getter, and active member of her community as a Director of the board for the Portuguese Club Arsenal Do Minho.

If you have questions about numbers...Michelle is your go-to. As an accountant and a creative, she balances the books and the design and is the Yin to Christiana's Yang.
As another multi-faceted woman, when Michelle isn't working on setups and breakdowns, she is a loving partner and dedicated mom to her 3 kids.
